This course will be briefed on key current tax issues and appropriate planning advice for practitioners. In addition to an in depth discussion on a hot topic, the course will provide an opportunity for practitioners to discuss developments across a range of HMRC led changes which could includes, income shifting, new penalty regime, online filing, new compliance procedures and plans for new rules on accounting records. The course includes 3 hours of Continuing Professional Development.
