This course will provide students with the necessary skills and knowledge for employment at supervisory and managerial levels in the arboricultural industry. They will study Business management, specialist project study, ecology of trees, forests and woodlands, principles of plant and soil science, principles of machinery, plant use and knowledge, tree establishment and protection, machinery operations, arboriculture 1, arboriculture 2, tree climbing and chainsaw use, tree felling and dismantling, industry experience, estate skills, tree biology, tree surveys and reports, pests and diseases, tree and shrub pruning and maintenance.

£1265 for tuition fee; £165 for exam fee; free to students under 19 yrs of age

Students will be assessed through examination

Entry Requirements
Students should have 4 GCSEs at grade C or above including English and Science or equivalent.
