In this course, students will learn three Core units: Starting work in business and retail and administration, working in business and retail and administration, introducing customer service. They will learn two Personal Skills units: Personal effectiveness and financial management and three Specialist units: Ensuring personal health and safety at work, introduction to retail and they will gain work experience.
