This course provides an introduction to the specific concepts of Content Management (CM) Version 8 for Multi-platforms. The participants learn how to plan, install, and customize an IBM CM system. They also gain practical experience in configuring CM to meet their enterprise needs through lectures and extensive hands-on exercises.

Entry Requirements
Participants need familiarity with Windows NT desktop and an understanding of basic Windows functions, and must have experience as a system administrator, system analyst, image market specialist, services specialist, consultant, or application programmer and know basics DB2 and WebSphere administration skills.
