Course info
This course is ideal for smaller workplaces that present few health and safety risks, where a nominated person is required to take charge in the event of illness or accident. Fully qualified First Aiders in larger organisations can also benefit from additional support from Appointed Persons. This is especially relevant where the workplace consists of many floors, or work is operated in shifts. Participants will learn basic lifesaving First Aid and the relevant regulations. The course contents include insight into Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations; managing an incident; priorities of First Aid; resuscitation; blood loss; treatment of unconscious casualty; treatment of shock; treatment of heart attack; general discussion on common workplace injuries

£95 excluding VAT per person inclusive of manual, folder and pen together with a personal First Aid kit
